Never been able to conect my komplete kontrol serie 2 with reaper on mac

the keybord work with reaper but only like a conventional keyboard, the sound of native worked perfectly, but never been able to have the screen on keyboard with pics of differents library, and unable to control recording, really boring, I loose my time

    @Yves Landry What is your operating system? Have you tried with Komplete Kontrol in standalone? That would be the 1st troubleshooting step. Is everything functional there? Can you browse, load, play and control a preset?
