software in bundle with hardware

Hello.
Does the software bundled with the hardware at the time of purchase automatically follow the transfer of the license in case of resale of the hardware?

    In general as a seller you should unregister (only) the hardware in your NI account to obtain licence transfer ID. With this ID the buyer gets same licence bundle as you or sometimes even newer versions of the software.

    As seller you also keep your licence. The buyer gets his own licence this way.
