Since I am on Apple M1 KK and Kontakt are loading terribly slow

…and at the same time I can only load 1 max. 2 instances/instruments. There is no fun and I try to use other samplers and synthezisers, allthough I have Komplete14Ultimate. It is a pity! Does anybody have this problems solved?

    What's your operating system?

    Where are your libraries installed? On an external hard drive? What is the format for that drive? It should be APFS: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers

    Is it happening in Komplete Kontrol or Kontakt in stndalone? In your DAW? Both?

    Are Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol and your DAW have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Hi Jeremy, thx for response and sorry for late, i was away a few days: Yes, the libraries are on an external 2TB/APFS - Drive. I tried the stand-alone versions and must admit, that it is, well, not fast, but about 1 minute faster then in my Daw, Logic Pro. Now I will try the last link aou sent, how to enable…and will write once more…

    Yes, meanwhile I did the suggested allowances, it helps a little bit. KK is opening a little faster. A myjor problem is, that after for example loading another track, the windows for KK and Kontakt do not open any more, so it stays in grey or black, like in loading process. But becaus ethis happens with Eventide plug-ins too, I came to think if this is a Logic issue? Don't know, if you can say something about this?

    Not sure, is it only when it's loading? I mean, it doesn't stay grey or black all the time? If you can share a screenshot or small video we can check if we can reproduce the issue or not.
