    The Kontakt MIDI monitor tells you what messages Kontakt is receiving. It can't possibly tell you where they are coming from. Neither can I.

    Please read my last post. I have suggested what you can do, and given you 2 workarounds, the second of which will certainly work.

    thanks so much i was able to just block the volume and pan functions in the instrument. i can get by with that. much appreciated.
