Guitar Rig 7 pro cannot be activated when installed on my new machine.
I have it installed on my laptop which works fine. I bought M1 Mac Studio recently and wanted to use it but apparently it has only demo version. I tired adding the key in + Add Serial in Native Access but it shows following error.
I have tried uninstalling it from old machine, but still not been able to activate it.
I would really appreciate if you have any idea how to activate in new machine or any thing I am missing.

Hi @Prakash can do double-check if you've logged into Native Access on your new Mac Studio with the right email address?
If the problem persists, resetting the XML file in Native Access can help:

Yes I double checked Native Access is logged into with right account. I also verified the serial key is already there in account from website.
Let me check working with XML file.0 -
