Libraries not showing in Kontakt but "installed" in Native access

Hello everyone

this morning I reopened my projects on pro tools and I received an error from kontakt that it could not recall sounds. I noticed that in kontakt some libraries have disappeared but in native access they are present as installed. I updated Kontakt and tried to reinstall them, nothing has changed.
I have not moved the libraries, they are always in the same place.

I don't know how to move forward

    I tried also to move in another folder, then clik on repair in Native access and then relocate but nothing, in Kontakt these libraries doesn't appear
