NA stuck on installing a product.

I have the latest buggy version of NA2. It is stuck on installing a product. I tried refreshing, quitting, restarting, etc. It always shows that the product is installing, and there is no way to cancel. So now I cannot install anything. The product is already installed.

Have you tried completely removing Native Access and NTKDaemon and then install version 3.8.1 ?
In some cases though with stuck downloads then one have to remove product and reinstall it all together.
