Multi channel output using Kontakt drums in Logic Pro

Hello everybody ,

So I am using a Kontakt drum kit in Logic and I have applied the multi channel option when loading it to a new track. The Kontakt 7 version I have is the free player version! In my mixer in Logic I can expand out each channel expecting to get the instruments I have played, on a midi keyboard, kick , snare etc on seperate channels. This is not happening. Can anybody let me know why?

    I'm having trouble to understand what the issue is exactly, have you followed these steps? How to Route Kontakt to Multiple Outputs in Logic Pro X

    If something is different/non functional on your side, can you desctibe what part exactly? Don't hesitate to post screenshots if that helps the explanation.

    Hi jeremy

    Thank you so much for helping me with this issue. So in the article , its suggests enabling kontakts outputs in the workplace menu. In my free version of Kontakt 7 ( Kontakt Player) I am not seeing this menu? I think maybe because it is a free version. That would be fair enough I guess! I will attached a screen shot of what I see. Thanx again!

    You have to choose Rack view,

    then click on FILE and choose Outputs:
