I just had a long chat with very helpful NI - missing transcript

When we stopped there was no opportunity to print - something glitched because I have used this in the past. NI provided during chat very critical info I need before I have double hand surgery. Long story - anyway I badly need that transcript. When I attempted to go back to chat I got a window that said due to what ever - chat support not available? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I have to get this transcript so we can prepare for time I will be down - and on the computer to do specific things I can do with NI products I own.

Can someone please help at NI. I will spell his name wrong but he was very nice - Alfonzo Fonzo or something close - I just can't remember. The chat was less than 15 minutes ago -

    Hey @MartinGuitars I found the transcript and sent it to you by email. It's the only transcript I could find, hopefully it's the right one.
