subscribed. traktor not recognizing

hi guys. I'm subscribed and paid but Traktor says i'm not. any ideas? thanks

Hey carlosjn,
regarding to another thread a few weeks ago this issue is purely cosmetic. Plus features should be available. Uninstalling Traktor and reinstalling it via Native Access should help:

Thanks. I've reinstalled traktor from Native Access with no luck. I'll wait 1 more as the message states and I'll reinstall Traktor Plus.
