Why am i getting told to upgrade to full kontakt when i already did?

Hey. I get this error message even after buying/upgrading to Kontakt 7. It cost a fortune so I expect it to work. But when I hit the "upgrade" button it just takes me to native access but nothing happens. And if I open a new instance of the plugin in my DAW I can play the instrument for like 5 minutes then this error comes up again.

Can someone help? I tried re-installing Kontakt and relaunching my DAW several times. But it still gives the error. Please can someone help me?

    Did you ever find an answer to this? I'm having the exact same issue and its driving me insane!! Not only that, but I've been working on the same song all day with no issues whatsoever, using all the sounds I had loaded into the project but all of a sudden they all go mute and give me this same warning. I'm doing the updates in NI now just to see if that helps, but it doesn't look like any of the recommended updates have anything to do with the instruments I am trying to use, and have been using all day. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

    That link does not have a solution. I have the same issue and I do not think we should be the ones playing tech support for a company that can afford to just have a live chat or phone customer service.

    I was frustrated when I looked at the link. Looks like several different options available for fixing the issue are provided in the link. Issue is fixed.
