New PC install - endless "Download Failed"

After starting to reinstall my NI products into a clean new PC OS install with Native Access, my first two downloads are interrupted every some seconds by a "download failed" mesage completely stopping the download.

One single download with fourty something mouse clicking retries! And my library with bought NI products is close to one hundred.

I will check if this only occurs with the rest, but even if not: this should not occur!
