I'm looking to reactivate my Komplete 5 items--especially Guitar Rig 3.

Native Access doesn't seem to allow activation of these products and the old methods no longer work.

Sorry , but as far as I can see then I don't think that any activation will be available or activation help will be available.
Guitar Rig 3 was discontinued years ago
Guitar rig 3 has been discontinued so it was never tested on any current OS.
