Traktor crashes when using with Midi fighter twister
I work on Traktor. I bought a fighter twister midi controller recently, it worked well for a few weeks.
First all the LEDs on the controller turned red, a sign of no connection. Then the white indicator LED in Traktor got stuck in white, then Traktor no longer received any midi messages, even from my 2 X1 mk3s. .I tried to reinstall Traktor several times, I even did a reset of my Windows 11..I have to reinstall everything..each time Traktor reinstalls with the bug. It seems to me that it takes over the traktor settings previous with the bug. I tried to erase all traces but it finds a previous traktor setting. I specify that in addition traktor always crashes when stopped. I therefore cannot reset traktor, it seems to me that it always takes previous versions into account. I also have the impression that the bug happens when I go to look for my tracks and samples in my old libraries. There you go, I've been on it for 4 days, 6 hours a day. I hope you will be able to help me.

Red LED's on Twister means that MIDI clock is not enabled in Traktor. What Audio Device do you use and are there other midi capable apps/devices involved in your setup?

I have 2 x1mk3 which do not seem to be involved in my problem, a kontrol F1, a cmd and a mm1 beringher. indeed with the midi clock the midifigher twister is no longer red but the white led in traktor remains lit all the time. I have uninstalled reinstalled Traktor several times but the bug persists. By reinstalling it takes over the previous Traktor setting. In addition, Traktor crashes each time it is closed. I have the impression that it was having imported my old tracks and files that caused a problem. In any case I would just like to be able to reinstall traktor without it taking into account previous versions..Thank you

Traktor crashes each time it is closed.
This sounds like your controller port is already busy elsewhere. Say the Input is assigned in Traktor and Output port is assigned in Ableton. This is tipical to Windows PC.
X1's are not involved in this because you are using them natively without midi mapping.
The MIDI indicator will jam like that when you are working with multiple midi capable apps and once that happens you need to save any settings manually because it is going to crash each time you try to close Traktor.0 -

The best way to proceed is to create a short video clip to demonstrate the mapping installation process and how your full setup looks like. In that way, we will be 100% on the same page about Twister.
Regarding X1.mk3 - do you use any QML mods?Also whjat Traktor version you're with?

i use traktor 3 11117 i got traktor pro plus.The led in traktor is white whith or without controllers plugged.just plug n play for x1mk3 but no sigals too.
