How can I allow the audio to come through headphones or speaker?

All of my inputs are correct yet I don't get any audio when using my pad or pressing play on a loop. I can see that sound is playing in the visualiser and my headphones work for all other things. Also, it began to work after I messed around with the master sound panel, but then stopped working shortly after.

I'm not sure if its this section that has anything to do with it?

    That part looks correct but we need to see your Maschine audio preferences really.

    No, audio preferences, not general. Also the image is too small to clearly see the settings.

    I haven't used windows in a while, but you are going to get some serious latency with those drivers and audio interface, I dont know if asio4all is still a thing but that used to do a great job in providing lower latency for onboard audio.

    But if the output is setup you should hear some sound, can you show the outputs?
