Native access 'not currently available in your country or region' (Australia)
Hey,
I've just bought a new machine + and I'm trying to install Machine 2.0 onto new MAC (no disc drive). Previously had the Machine 2.0 Mikro unit and software set up on old Mac (which died).
Im quite hopeless with all things software related but had it working before so can't see why I shouldn't be able to set up the Native Access and just down load it for free using serial numbers/ NI log ins etc.
Please help!!!

From all I know then (of course) Native Access is available in Australia as is all the rest of the Native Instruments software !
You should be able to download Native Access from the link here and be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads) .
Though sounding as another type of issue then you try the advice from the Native Access Error: "Can't connect to the internet." , but mostly if you use a proxy , a VPN or similar security measures then try turning that off.
Else the only thing I can suggest is to contact Native Access support !

Please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response !
