Hello,

Since (I think) the last 2 updates of Native Access (now 3.9.0) on my Macbook M1 Pro OS 13.6.4, I can see 2 items with no name no version (0.0.0) and no release notes that cannot be installed and have an exclamation mark on the install button. I have the same issue on my 2 computers (Mac), all are running Sonoma 13.6.4 and Native Access 3.9.0.

How to identify the related products that cannot ne installed, eventually remove them if they are useless ?

The empty product entries at the top of the list are a known issue in Native Access 3.9.0 that happens when you have "Show discontinued products" enabled in the Settings. You can disable "Show discontinued products" if you don't need it to make it go away.

Alternatively, if you don't want to deactivate that for reasons, then deleting the file NativeAccess.xml from "Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center" and then restarting Native Access might also solve this issue.

is there a way to identify which ones are those discontinued products ? That is mean I won't be able to reinstall them in the future ?

No and No . No we have not been told of any way of identifying products and no , not that I have any information about your previous abilities to download 'discontinued products', but, as far as we know then it is not related to any changes of that.

Hey all. Apologies for the delay in my outreach. This is a known issue and we're working on a fix. Some Legacy Products are not overwriting correctly. If you delete your NativeAccess.xml file and restart Native Access the issue should resolve itself.

    Apologies for the inconvenience!

In the meantime, please try to install this older version of Native Access: NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0
