Not able to see products I purchased even after 2 days

Same Issue... surprised as NI has been a powerhouse in my professional work for almost 20 years... it's been several days, and the money was withdrawn when I placed my order, and I received a reference number but haven't received my confirmation or software serial number...any help by an administrator here would be greatly be appreciated!
