The download instructions for the free Jacob Collier Audience Choir are:

    1. Hit the button below to log in and request your free software

    2. Open Native Access and find your free copy of Jacob Collier Audience Choir under the "New" tab

    ----

I saw in another post that the "New" tab has changed its name to "Available." However, I seem not to have that tab; see my attached print screen. Where do I find the tab?

@Monochrome Mentioned that in the other thread. You need to use the newer version of Native Access to get the new UI and features :

Also , Quote Matt_NI : You'll need to make sure you are running Kontakt 7.8 at least.

Typical NI. There is no such tab as "NEW" in the very latest, uptodate version of Native Access, at least in the Mac version. Nor is Jacob Collier to be found in Available Updates. In fact it's there under Instruments or All, after clicking the LIbrary thing with the leaning books in Native Access.

So Open the latest version (2) of Native access (No, NI didn't bother to tell me there was this new version)

    Then click the Library tab.

Then either ALL or Instruments. look under J, and there it is, waiting to be actually installed. At least that's what happened to me.

I'm running the latest Native Access 3.8.1 on the mac and on the left hand side it listed "Library", "New" and "Updates".

Under "New" I then installed it from there.

There is obviously a "new" tab in Native Access 3.8.1 and if you just got the instrument it would be listed there.

You also have a master search when you are in the Library tab and typing Jacob would make it pop up.

Downloaded Native Access 2 but getting an error when trying to install it 'The code execution cannot proceed because mia.lib was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem'

Then get a message 'Unable to uninstall the previous version of Native Access. If it's open (it's not) please close it and try again. Otherwise uninstall manually and try again.'

Using Windows 10 control panel, I'm unable to find Native Access to uninstall it. How can I manually uninstall Native Access? I know it's on my PC as I can run it, but it doesn't show the Jacob Choir, which I obtained several hours ago. No 'new' or 'uninstalled' tabs in the original NA, so I'm stuck....

    Any suggestions, please?

    It just gets worse!

Manually deleted Native Access folder from Program Files/Native Instruments. Reinstalled Native Access original. Then installed Native Access 2. Located Jacob Choir under available. Tried to install, message 'Could not start download for one product.'

I give up, not worth the hassle.....

Thanks but it's all too much trouble for what should be a simple installation. Tried closing Native Access 2 and restarting. Get the message 'Application is ready' but now it's been sitting on my screen with the message 'Loading products....' for the last 10 minutes....

As I said, too many problems to waste time....

If you used Native Access 1 on your PC earlier then historically there has been issues installing Native Access version 2/3 on Windows systems which had prior had Native Access 1 installed.

It's advisable that if you want to upgrade from NA1 to NA 2/3 then not only ought you uninstall NA 1 first but also you ought to run the N.I. reg tool to remove any left overs in registry from both Native Access and from NTKdaemon. Like wise I personally would suggest that you also use Windows explorer after uninstall to search whole system drive after files and folders named 'Native Access' and 'NTKDaemon' and then delete anything that you may find. And then restart PC and download newest version of Native Access and install that as an Admin !
