Can anyone help with track distortion Traktor 3 Kontrol Z2 Windows 11

It only seems to have started since I installed windows 11 on my laptop. It seems only to affect newly downloaded tracks when they are scanned. Older tracks previous scanned work okay. I have already tried the steps:
Adjusting audio interface; using latency Mon to identify issues; adjusting power settings; disabling badly performing driver (only 1);
Can anyone advise what else to do?

Went back and checked and its an M4a. Thanks for the post

Windows currently has a bug with m4a files and Microsoft is working on a solution.
If you search for m4a on this forum you will find a long thread about it. Apparently the update should hit this month.
