why cant i see any of the factory presets

i have recaently installed guitar rig 7 but cant see of find the installed presets

  Make sure you are in Factory View not User in the browser (click the small person icon to toggle views)

  You need to run GR7 in standalone mode first - to have it create the preset DB.
