Can't install Abbey road 60s Drummer and Drum Lab

Hi everyone !

I lose my external hardware with my Komplete 13 on it. I am trying to re install Komplete 13 on my mac, but impossible to install Abbey Roads 60s Drummer and Drum Lab. When I go to the help menu, they say I should change the location to Kontakt and locate it in Playbox but I don't find it...

I have the last version of Native Access, enough storage capacity and gave full access to NI.

Any solution ?

    You should simply use the REINSTALL function. Make sure to set your installation locations according to this guide: How to Change the Install Locations in Native Access and then Reinstall the said libraries. If you encounter any error messages please take a screenshot and post it here.

    I Jeremy, Thanks for you answer but it did'nt solve my problem, all locations are ok, I had no problem to re install the other plug in. Here the screenshot with the error message.
