Vocal Colors - user presets...

I'm using Komplete Kontrol (not Kontakt) and I am using the Vocal Colors plugin. I'm trying to create my own vocal preset and I've watched the tutorials and read the manual, but I just don't see how I can start a preset from scratch and get an empty preset like I see in the What's New Video at 3:37:

It says in manual that I should see a Factory and User hierarchy to choose sounds from but I don't... I did try it in Kontakt. Can someone post a screenshot if you know the answer.

    This is how it looks in my case. Presets on the right with the EMPTY preset on the top. Of course you must not select a snapshot type (like Rhythm in your case) to see this preset.
