Does anyone know what's goin on, ive made a video to show you what's going on with my maschine, it's easier to show what's going on than explaining it. Thank you in advance

    Obviously sooner or later a common issue with all encoders. At Elektronauts there are several threads about it, e. g. that one:

    I would ask NI whether they can provide cleaning instructions or send spare parts.

    Thanks for your reply, i've had both the first 2 encoders off the board and cleaned them then swapped them over and soldered back onto the board and it still happens
