Cannot register X1 mk3 through Native Access

Every time I try to input my serial number for my X1 mk3, I get the following error message:
Something went wrong during the registration of TRAKTOR X1 MK3 HW
Registration error: Registration failed for unknown reasons
Has anyone seen this or know of a resolution? I'm running Mac OS X 12.7, and NI 1.14

Hello,
Why are you using na 1.14 your os can run na2 as far as I know. Maybe try this first.
