License transfer taking more than 48 hours

Hi - iv requested a license transfer on Monday - my friend has had my copy of Komplete 10 off me as I no longer make music.

He Plans to upgrade during the sale but I havn’t received any confirmation of it being unregistered- can anyone help please as we are worried he will miss the sale if I resubmit the request?
