Does music essentials bundle 2023 qualify for Kontakt7 cross grade?

I bought the music essentials bundle and it has playbox included. Does this allow me to purchase Kontakt 7 at crossgrade price? Thank you

    Yes, it does.

    You need to log in the NA and NI first, and then you can buy the crossgrade.

    I checked and it is true.

    With Playbox you can buy the crossgrade.

    Never got a reply from Native support and have just raised another ticket. Just eager for an answer before Black Friday offer ends
