How can I get my plugins back?

I had checked my email in Native Access before I log out and restored MacBook to factory settings. I installed Native access again and clicked link to restart password because I forgot it. I did it like 4 times. Where is e-mail? Is there some real person to help? There is no any e-mail or phone number to service :/
