Maschine version 1 software not available in Native Access

Hi all. After a few years away. I have decided to dust off my original version 1 maschine. I have downloaded the NI access software and entered my serial number but I don't see the option to install the installation software to get the machine working. I have a feeling that the software is no longer available and I have to upgrade to version 2 software. Is this the case?

You could try contacting Account and Registration support to see if they can assist...

Yes, it might be the case that you are using an OS that isn't compatible with Maschine 1. You might have to purchase an update to Maschine 2 if you're using a system that is a bit more up to date.
