Connecting MK3 to FL Studio

Hi, I recently bought the Komplete Kontrol MK3 and I can't install it on FL Studio. I followed all the steps, installing Native Access, entering the serial number, installing the hardware connection service, opening and running the Device updater, but when I open it nothing shows up. I've tried pressing "rescan" but nothing happens.

It worked right away with mine.
Are you using a USB-C-to-C connection, like the cable that came with the MK3?
If not, is your adapter USB-3 power & sync compatible? It may need to be a later version of USB-3. I haven't read the specs.
Have you tried a different port on your computer?

if you are on Windows, that could be the problem
