Kontrol S49 MK3 Stuck on Add Serial Page

Like someone else on here, I am also having this issue. I've added the serial for the MK3 onto Native Access and have installed Hardware Connection Service, but the Add Serial screen on the hardware will not change, which prevents me from updating the firmware. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Hardware Connection Service multiple times.

The workaround a user posted does not work for me as the driver filename inf does not appear in my Windows System32 folder.😣
