Why can't you fix Native Access?

From what I could deduct it seem to depend on wether or not my system is connected to internet on startup but I might be wrong

After a complete uninstall - i know now am at the point of literally asking NI for all the thousands of pounds that I have spent on their products or a HDD with all the files.
I currently have a dead komplete keys, a dead maschine hardware and no software installed as Native access will not load.
This is my screen. I followed all their instructions give full access to both the native access app and the helper and still nothing.
Enough is enough now.

Hey Kymeia, I'm surprised, with your 2100 posts on this forum, that you are surprised, about a 12-step solution including Terminal. Native Instruments certainly has had this complaint enough that they've dedicated a page to it. So either it really is just me, and NI has made that page solely for me... or there's others, who don't post in this forum? I don't know.
Unfortunately, the forum says I can't put a link to the page because I "haven't been around long enough".
If you google: "Native Access Error Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies" you should find the page at NI Support website.
The solution involves the user deleting preferences, using Terminal, etc. — but it only works once.... you have do it everytime you open Native Access. Which is not really a solution. And it's actually more than 12 steps, now that I'm counting them.
I imagine the problem is somewhere between NI and Apple.

I don't think I said anything about being 'surprised', just that as this happens on some systems and not others then it stands to reason that the only way for NI to fix it is to identify why it happens on those systems that are affected, which requires information about those systems. It sounds like maybe there is a permissions issue somewhere if you have to use terminal but then keep having to do that again and again.
You are probably right that the problem is somewhere between NI and Apple, in most cases bugs like this are about the interaction between apps and the systems they interact with. Which is exactly why they only occur within certain contexts, which means understanding what the trigger factors are and compensating for them.

You've got like, perfect forum game. Anyway, we're just gabbing. You can see that this is a known issue to Native Instruments, and nothing we're doing at the moment is teaching them anything they didn't already know, from many people, like, many times.
Which kind of goes back to my original point: why is this still happening Native Instruments?
(That's not a question for you personally Kymeia)
Now I understand that Native Instruments isn't here in the forum... we're just users, gabbing.
