Trying to install Native Acces 2

Hello!
Im trying to install Native Acces 2 but i will receive error: Unable to uninstall the previous version of Native Acces. If it´s open, please close it and try again. Otherwise, uninstall it manually and retry installation.
What should i do to my problem?

Try to download latest version of N.A. and install on top of old version ! : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/
