Going back to the original question -- good news! I just added a new script called stem.py which lets you bring your own stems: https://github.com/axeldelafosse/stemgen.

@UncleAndyV let me know if it's working for you or if you need some help!

i used the Ripx trial... and have managed to rip the stems of multiple songs(mp3's) and bring them into traktor pro 3 without any need to use the NI stem creator, everything was done in Ripx

basically after dragging your file/s into the rip section

select multiple instruments tick Voice, bass, other sounds, drums&percussion

select highest quality then click "RIP"

after the process has finished you need make sure all the rips are selected & export as a mp4, and its done!!

then you load it into traktor

Hello again guys (one year later),

Thank to everyone for your replies.

@Kubrak May I ask you if you're still into trying to fix it?

So the issue is still up to this day.

Now traktor 4 is released and everyone get crazy about the stem separation directly available inside and it creates a folder with the stems inside next to the master file.

    My question is:

Did anyone try to create a stem folder (to respect the architecture expected from traktor) with their own stems from DAW and check if it works with traktor 4?

    Thanks in advance guys!
