Brass Ensemble Click on Render

I'm getting a strange click sound on my Brass Ensemble.

There is just one specific part where when I single out the brass part it clicks at a VERY specific part of my piece.

Even when I render it in real-time (1x) as a solo track, it still produces the click.

Its a full 2 minute song, and its on in this particular track, in this section that it clicks - just once!

It does not click anywhere else in the track.

I've tried:

Solo rendering the rendering the track (Freezing)

Rendering with the track solo'd in 1x speed

increasing my rendering buffer on my AISO driver

Increasing the pre-buffer on the Kontakt player

Using Clip Fix in Audacity on the rendered track

Hardware:

Intel Core i7 2.90GHz - 8 cores

64 GB RAM

Nvidia RTX 2070 GPU

Focusite 2:2 USB Audio Interface

2TB SSD Harddrive

Okay - I was able to figure this out. The samples were just running too long with each other.

It was one single MIDI note that was causing things to just hiccup.

I just reduced the MIDI note length and the click vanished.
