How to create these specific type of snares / percussions?

Hey everyone, I would like to ask if anyone knows how to create these kind of echo-y snares (which VST is similar / plugins effect to use to achieve them)?

    Hello,

    it´s a simple noise with a low and high cut, so a bandpass and you can control it with an envelop.
