Choir Omnia Update - What have you done and where is customer support?

Ever since the latest update it takes an eternity to open Choir-Omnia. This maybe because of the number of RAM related crashes people have been having due to its massive library size but this new update isn't the solution, its an absolute nightmare.

Also the customer support is now attrocious with NI, I'm really regretting spending money with you as there has been major sea change in your attitude to customers.
