Browser gets stuck in certain "Products" when browsing the User Library

I recently bought several sample packs and tried to import them into Maschine. When I am using the hardware to browse the sample packs, sometimes the hardware will get stuck on a certain "Product." If I turn the All Products knob I can browse until I get to certain products. Once I get to these the knob will not move forward anymore. If I remove this folder from my library the problem will originate in another folder, so it doesn't seem folder specific. I was able to fix this briefly but when I added more packs it came back. Anyone know whats going on/how to fix?

@Loxodograph I remember seeing a similar case in the forum last month, I'm trying to find it back, I know that the user could fix it with the help of one of our support agents. As I remember it implied some re-tagging samples but I'm not 100% sure. I'll contact you by email and put you in contact with the colleague that took care of it.
