Cant download traktor s4 drivers to my mac

Hello, i bought the traktor s4 mk2 and the traktor pro 3.

on windows I downloaded the traktor s4 driver and it worked perfectly fine, but now when i try to download the driver for mac, the mac dosent download the driver, i tried every version of driver and none of them worked.

and if it wont work will i be able to refund the traktor pro 3?

The actual file will not download? Inside the browser?

@lord-carlos after I downloaded the file from the browser, i open it and start the installing process, in the last stage it says that the file has a problem and i should contact the company of the software

Traktor kontrol S4 MK 2 is class compliant, there are no drivers for mac os, only firmware updaters.

I can't find them here, but strangely i found others with the same problem. A bit confusing to me.

@Uwe303 so what do you suggest to do? You have any idea if i can use it at all? Or do i need to try to refund the traktor pro 3?

It should simply work, you can try to open traktor go to settings and on the bottom of the settings window there is a wizard button. Use it and go through it.

I also have a 2022 MacBook Air M2 chip the driver for the Traktor s4 mk2 won't download

There is no driver for Mac only firmware updates. M2 isn’t supported yet. Will be soon though. I think the next round of beta should roll out M2 capability.
