I was implementing the update to Kontakt 7 when the electrical power went off

I was implementing the update to Kontakt 7 when the electrical power went off. The update had downloaded but the installation had not quite finished... Now the update no longer shows up in Native Access. My current installation of the software for K7 shows a v 7.1.3.
Can anyone tell me if this is actually the latest version of not?

Any installation or update that is in process during a power failure will get hashed beyond repair.
I'd suggest that you create a support ticket directly with NI at https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000053677-Download-Installation to see if they can reset your account or provide you with a link to a manual download/installation file.
And be patient... they are very busy at the moment.

Well, you could also simpy reinstall Kontakt 7 in Native Access.
