Shipping cost for Vapor grey S49

Hi i live in South Africa and want to buy a s49 vapor grey. It says there is stock and it says free shipping in South Africa but when I go to check out it adds $50 onto the $699. I can't understand as it says free shipping. Can someone from NI please help?
