My S88 keyboard works but also doesn't..?

When I plug it into my computer while my DAW is running, it just shows the 'KOMPLETE CONTROL' screen on the interface. The knobs and buttons don't seem to work at all, but the keys still do?

Could someone suggest how I could fix this problem? It's been driving me nuts

you might want to Mention your OS version… important information in the troubleshooting process!!! And you mention while using your DAW… which DAW and does this also happen KK standalone?
