Did anyone ever solve the 'sticky beat grid' problem?

Some tunes in Traktor refuse to let you slip the beat grid, either using the on-screen buttons or the controller job wheel. Others are fine.

There seems no relationship to audio format or anything that's discernible.

Searching the forum reveals dozens of people asking about this, but no-one seems to have a solution – surely there must be one! What am I missing?

    to confirm, it only happens to certain tracks but not all? could you possibly send me a few of the affected tracks so I can test them on my end?
