Native Instruments : Interaction with Developers in forum, where did it go ?

Awhile a go, back when we had the old forum, and things we're different at NI, there would be forum posts from NI that allowed us, the mere customers who fuel this companies income to interact with the Developers.

Native Instruments why can we not interact with the developers publicly any more? Is Native Instruments too good to interact with our requests and concerns regarding the products we buy, and finance your company with now?

Maybe bring that aspect back,might make the customers more aware of what's going on and what's coming in the future.
