Timecode Synchro Problems

Hello together,
since I work with timecode and have not yet used a synchronization button, I just noticed today this does not really work? If I synchronize the decks, they run apart again within 15 seconds and I have to switch the synchronization button off and on again. Is this normal? Without timecode, the synchronization on the decks works wonderfully.
