Jumping tracks in tractor browser

When you press the down arrow in the tractor playlist, you jump 5 tracks down. How to make the cursor go to the next track, and not scroll through five pieces at once?

    When you press the down arrow in the tractor playlist, you jump ONE TRACK!

    Check your keyboard/trackpad/mouse settings.
