Requests/status for repair


I have sent in my controller for repairing (by Thomann). Is there a way to get informations to the status of this process?

    Hi @Atarifreak if you bought your controller on our website we'll be able to check the status for you from our repair center. However since you've bought it from Thomann, feel free to contact them directly. They should have the information. 🙂
