traktor 3 pro stop working

Dear Native Instruments, I am using Traktor 3 pro regularly licensed software, however I have a problem when I turn on the playlist that it repeats and goes round and round (12.48h), it always happens that the program is turned off for no reason! when I do it with Traktor 2 version I don't have any problems and it spins and repeats for 10 days.     I had this situation after updating the drivers.

    Also having this issue when using Cruise mode on long playlists. Track stops playing and becomes a metallic digital sound like an extremely fast skipping for 3 or 4 seconds and then Traktor just shuts down. This happens once or twice every 24 hrs. Started happening seemingly out of nowhere on two PC's with their own licensed Traktor apps.

    Any ideas?
