Traktor Kontrol S3 - Master Output to low

Dear Traktor Team,

two days ago I installed my new Traktor Kontrol S3 on my MacBook Pro (M2).

The Traktor Pro Version is 3.6.1.326 and was installed at the same time (came with the hardware).

I have noticed that the Master Output is very low.

How can this problem be solved?

I think it's a known problem that has been solved with a firmware upgrade.

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

I am actually wondering a little bit, because when I opened Traktor today, a window came up, that a firmware upgrade is necessary. By pressing ok, the upgrade was downloaded and I afterwards ran it. But this one didn't solve the problem.

With your link and running it again it now worked.

I am just wondering what was the difference?

I don't know.

Maybe the controller needed a restart / replug or something. 🤷‍♀️
