I have updated guitar rig to version 6.2.4. Now every time I select a preset the program closes. I tried with the proposed solutions (registry, database, graphics card, etc.) but I could not solve the problem

@dicosa54 This happens with any preset ? Factory presets ? Your own presets ? Is everything functional before you load a preset ? Are you running GTRig as administrator?

It happens with all presets while in the previous version 6,2,3 it only happened with some presets. Before loading the presets everything works. I use Windows 11 as an operating system. I also tried to run guitar rig as administrator but when I load the presets the program closes.

This sound really strange, we have not encountered this problem before.

Could you please tell us your system specs (CPU, graphics card, etc.)? Does this only happen in standalone mode or also for VST/VST3?

I only use it in stand alone mode.

The computer has AMD Phenom (tm) II X4 965 Processor, Radeon HD 7770/8760 video card, Focusrite scarlet studio only external usb sound card. How can I go back to the previous working Guitar rig version if the problem is not resolved?

Could you try using Guitar Rig as a plugin? It would be helpful to know if that crashes as well. If you don't have a DAW you could download Reaper (https://www.reaper.fm/) which has a fully functional 30-day trial period.
